Publish reels and photo posts to your Instagram professional account, connected with the Instagram API with Instagram Login.

Publish to the Facebook Pages you manage, connected with Facebook Login for Business.

Post to TikTok
Post your own videos to your TikTok account with TikTok’s Content Posting API. You review and confirm every post.
Comment-to-DM on Instagram
When someone comments a keyword you choose on your post or reel, they get one private reply from you with a link.
How it works
From invite to your first post

Sign in
Fidus Media invites you. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.

Connect your accounts
Connect Instagram, Facebook and TikTok on their own official sign-in pages. We never see or store your passwords.

Plan, review, publish
Add posts to the calendar, check the preview and the settings, and publish when you are happy with them.
Posting to TikTok
You decide every TikTok post
Fidus Social uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. Nothing is ever posted to TikTok without your explicit action for that specific post. This is the flow, step by step.

Connect with TikTok
In the dashboard, open the TikTok page or Social settings and choose to connect TikTok. You sign in on TikTok’s own page (Login Kit) and decide whether to give Fidus Social access. You can disconnect at any time.

Pick a video
On the TikTok page, choose one of the videos you have already uploaded to Fidus Social for your content calendar.

Review the preview and caption
The posting screen shows the video preview and the TikTok account it will go to, with its nickname and avatar. You write or edit the caption.

Choose who can view it, interactions and disclosure
You choose who can view the video. There is no preselected option, and we only show the options your TikTok account allows. You choose whether to allow Comment, Duet and Stitch; options turned off in your TikTok settings stay off. If the video promotes your own business or a third party, you turn on Disclose video content and select Your brand or Branded content. You see TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation, and its Branded Content Policy when it applies.

Post now or approve a time slot
Press Post to TikTok to post it now, or Schedule to approve it for a specific time slot in your calendar. Until you do one of these, nothing is sent.

See the status
After posting, the post shows its status. TikTok can take a few minutes to process the video before it appears on your profile.
Permissions we ask TikTok for
- user.info.basic
- Shows which TikTok account is connected (display name and avatar).
- video.upload
- Sends a video to your TikTok inbox as a draft, only when you choose that option.
- video.publish
- Posts a video to your TikTok account when you press Post to TikTok or approve a time slot.
We do not read your existing TikTok videos, followers, messages or analytics.
Disconnect at any time
Disconnect TikTok from the TikTok page or Social settings and we delete your TikTok tokens immediately. You can also remove access from the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
Your data
Official APIs, encrypted tokens, EU servers
- We connect to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok only through their official sign-in (OAuth) and APIs. We never ask for your passwords, never scrape, and never automate a browser on your accounts.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only on our servers.
- Fidus Social runs on our own servers in the EU, in Hetzner data centres.
